Care Logistics Lead £20,880 - £31,320 plus benefits. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Edinburgh, EH16 5UY.

In this role, you’ll supervise and coordinate a team of ceremonial crew to ensure each funeral is delivered to the highest standard. Using manual and digital systems, you’ll ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
What you’ll do
* Manage and coordinate the schedule of ceremonial crew, mainly part-time colleagues supporting funeral services.
* Deputise for the care logistics manager.
* Plan clothing collection, movement of personal belongings, and transportation of the deceased for viewings.
* Gather and analyze insights to improve funeral delivery and team performance.
* Maintain understanding of local stakeholders and adapt processes accordingly.
