About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team providing one‑to‑one rehabilitation and daily living support for a disabled man in his own home in Ramsgate. This is a meaningful, relationship‑focused role where you’ll help maintain independence, support structured routines, and contribute to a calm, positive environment. This position offers 100 hours per month, plus a commitment to cover a minimum of 30 shifts per year for planned holiday plus any sickness cover.
