Tradewind Agency is working with a three form entry primary school located in Harlow, Essex, which is seeking a Year 3 teacher to start in January.

The successful candidate will:
Take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills, creating a calm and purposeful environment.
Work effectively with year group colleagues to plan and assess as part of a supportive teaching team.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote a cohesive school community.
