The Role
The Quadrant Support Advisor role is focused on providing dedicated support to practitioners and managers who use the Mosaic Case Management System. The post is based at Ely House, Basildon and is for 14.8 hours per week (days to be flexible).
The Quadrant Support Advisor acts as the first point of contact for system and process‑related support, ensuring Mosaic is used accurately, consistently, and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures across the allocated quadrant.
You will work as part of a small, supportive team of five Quadrant Support Advisors and will be line managed by the Lead Quadrant Support Advisor (QSA).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day system support for Mosaic users, including practitioners, managers, and administrative staff
* Troubleshoot common system issues and escalate more complex technical problems where appropriate
* Support new starters with system access, onboarding, and basic Mosaic navigation
* Advise staff on correct workflows, forms, and recording practices within Mosaic
* Act as a local Mosaic "super user" and key point of contact for the quadrant
* Serve as the link between frontline operational teams and central systems and development teams
* Provide feedback on system limitations, bugs, and opportunities for improvement
* Support the testing and implementation of system enhancements or changes

This role is focused on providing effective and efficient support to the Quadrant in maintaining data and providing regular analysis of the progress of commissioned work.
As an effective administrator, this role will develop positive relationships with service users whilst utilising the opportunity to deliver an efficient service, undertaking analysis to highlight progress or obstacles to achieving specific outcomes.
Accountabilities
* Work collaboratively with the quadrant to ensure able to maintain accurate information to ensure adequate controls and compliance in place.
* Develop and operate robust data systems and processes to support the quadrant by monitoring and manage core services.
* Undertake the collation and analysis of information which incorporates service user feedback and evidence of impact to ensure analysis can highlight specific trends in staffing, funding and monitoring of the impact.
* Support the quadrant by undertaking administrative duties to ensure efficiency of the service in meeting regular outputs.
* Responsible for the collection and input of data from specific questionnaires and monitoring activity to provide robust analysis for the quadrant.
* Supports the quadrat in maintaining files and records accurately and efficiently, proposing and implementing improvements when required.
* Responsible for managing all quadrant enquiries and managing outcomes, ensuring escalation managed in timely manner when appropriate.
* Specific individual and shared targets and objectives are defined annually within the performance management framework.
The Experience You Will Bring
* Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English at a minimum Grade of C or equivalent by experience.
* Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area.
* Excellent communication skills and building positive relationships with service users.
* Experience of working effectively with a range of MS applications and tools.
* Knowledge and experience of setting up appropriate systems in which to collect and process data.
* Proficient in attention to detail in checking data and evidencing a high degree of accuracy.
* Knowledge and experience of using systems effectively for the collection and analysis of data.
* Awareness of how to utilise IT to establish effective ways to monitor progress and evaluate information.
* Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
