An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers.

As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Huntingdon, providing support to adults who are experiencing Mental Illness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist people to develop skills for independent living.
You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
