3. Welcome visitors and manage the reception desk professionally
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
5. Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
6. Support administrative tasks and assist with events as needed
7. Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment
8. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
9. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
12. Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer
14. Hourly pay ranging £16 to £18
15. Rolling temporary assignment covering sick leave
16. 5 days on site per week (Monday - Friday)
