We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Beddgelert team! Be a part of making special escapes in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins and facilities are in perfect order for our guests.
About the Operations Assistant Role:
Open all year round, our Operations Assistants play a vital role in maintaining our cabins, hot tubs, and general facilities. You’ll complete day-to-day maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable.
Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of completing tasks efficiently and competently. You’ll also deliver exceptional customer service, helping ensure every guest enjoys the Forest Feeling from the moment they arrive.

Our ideal Operations Assistant is a dynamic, hands-on team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure the location runs smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable stay. A love for the outdoors is essential, as tasks are completed rain or shine throughout the year.
We’re looking for someone with:
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
* Great attention to detail and pride in completing tasks to a high standard
* Some previous experience in a similar role
* A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:
* 16 years: £7.55 per hour
* 17 years: £10.00 per hour
