About the role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Glasgow.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding levels of customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop team. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customers up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have regarding their Porsche. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to offer the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to customers, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers' requirements are during their visit to our Centre. Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with only the highest levels of service.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role in a Franchised Dealer environment and also possess excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
