Vencora Business Unit: Job Summary: The role of the Associate Project Manager is to support the project governance and provide regular project and programme level reporting cycles such as weekly reports / monthly reports / monthly invoicing / Timesheet chasing as well as providing the Administration behind these reporting cycles ensuring they can happen in a timely and efficient manner. Job Description: Main Area of Responsibility The provision of support and guidance on portfolio, programme and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques. Support includes definition of portfolios, programmes, and projects; advice on the development, production and maintenance of business cases; time, resource, cost and exception plans, and the use of related software tools. Tracking and reporting of programme/project progress and performance are also covered, as is the capability to facilitate all aspects of portfolio/ programme/ project meetings, workshops and documentation Assists with the compilation of project management reports. Maintains programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data Accountability Maintaining and managing Hydra Plans Approving weekly Hydra Time Sheets Creating Hydra Codes in a timely manner to ensure timesheets can be entered Running Weekly Time Sheet reports to capture missing or un-submitted Time Supporting the Projects Managers by providing weekly/biweekly/monthly reports as per requirements Preparing Month End Financials Maintaining Project Holiday Trackers to ensure accurate view against projects Regular contact with other Team Members in the UK to keep them informed of task progress.
