You'll be working with a broad and technical product portfolio, focusing on account development and long-term customer growth. The Team & Role Join a specialist HCM team of 8 people Focused on Human Capital Management solutions 6-month probation period Products & Solutions Portfolio of 33 products across the HCM space Core solutions include: HR systems Payroll systems Broad and technical product range requiring strong product knowledge Confidence discussing technology and systems is essential Experience & Background Previous experience working with HR functions is essential Proven multi-product sales experience Strong stakeholder mapping and relationship management skills Backgrounds that may be particularly well suited include: Ex-recruiters with strong consultative selling and persistence HR experience within the education sector (highly desirable) Technically confident and comfortable managing platforms, systems, and admin-heavy processes Sales Activity & Account Management Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 accounts Target of 2 meetings per day Responsible for booking meetings and always securing the next engagement Ideally one face-to-face meeting per month, typically grouped where possible Sales Cycle & Approach Operates in a hard-sell environment requiring resilience and confidence Sales cycles typically range from 3-12 months Full relationship development can take 12-18 months Large deals are unlikely to close immediately, but long-term earning potential is strong once established Targets, Earnings & Incentives High earning potential for top performers Commission ranging from £10,000 to £25,000 per month for high achievers Strong emphasis on account development and customer growth Administration & Organisation High-volume administrative workload Managing 50 emails per day Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail required About You Determined, resilient, and disciplined Highly target-driven and comfortable with long sales cycles Able to balance relationship-building with commercial urgency Travel & Benefits £4,000 car allowance Must be a driver Interview Process CV review and initial screening call First-stage interview with hiring managers 45-minute presentation on customer growth and strategy Final-stage interview with senior leadership
