Are you a Clinical Psychologist excited to work during times of transformative change? Are you experienced, or have a keen interest, in working with the challenges associated with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource with the substantial backing of one of the leading providers of education and care for young people with SEN?
If so, we have the role for you! We are growing our Clinical Teams and are looking for Clinical Psychologists, throughout the UK, to work within our SEN Schools. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary well-being and therapeutic team who provide essential services to meet the needs of the people we care for. We have a number of vacancies throughout the UK, with new opportunities arising in the coming months.
You should have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic), be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have experience supervising Assistant Psychologists. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, especially with additional needs such as complex trauma, mental health issues, or behaviors of concern, is essential. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with key partners, work sensitively with individuals, resolve conflicts effectively, and demonstrate ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will have substantial post-qualification experience with adults and/or children, a full UK driving license and access to a car, and skills in data management for service development and project work.
