The Opportunity
As Head of P&C Underwriting, youll:
* Lead and inspire a team of underwriters, shaping their development and direction
* Own and evolve the underwriting strategy for Property & Casualty risks
* Monitor and drive performance across niche lines and the wider P&C portfolio
* Collaborate with Distribution to unlock new growth opportunities
* Represent the business with senior brokers and capacity providers
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CUO and pricing/analytics teams, youll sit at the heart of strategy, performance, and growth.
