YOUR EXPERIENCE:
* Passionate, adaptable, and collaborative individuals
* Minimum 3 years’ experience operating CNC machinery
* Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Experience with 3-axis milling machining
* Experience creating job-specific fixturing and clamping
* Ability to edit CNC programmes as needed
* Fanuc experience and machining aluminium preferred
* Skilled in measuring tools (e.g., Vernier callipers, bore micrometers, DTI gauge)
* Experience with CAD/CAM systems and Haas and/or Mazak machines is a plus
* Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
YOUR TASKS:
* Select and set up tooling, operate 3-axis CNC milling machines
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure a "Right First Time" approach and collaborate with quality team for part conformity and traceability
* Communicate equipment needs with Engineering & Quality managers
* Work on process improvement strategies with Engineering manager/CNC programmer
