Hours: 4 days on, 6 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance
Pay rate: £39,762 to £42,804 per annum (depending on qualifications). Opportunities to pick up extra shifts, overtime and bank holidays paid at enhanced rate
Essential requirements: at least 12 months experience in a children's residential care home, a level 3 (or above) diploma in residential child care (or at least 50% complete) and a full driving licence issued in the UK

The role:
The Willows is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
The successful candidate will have worked in an Ofsted regulated residential care home and will have an in depth knowledge of regulations, expectations and best practice. A keen interest in the outdoors is essential, activities experience/qualifications are desirable.
