Resident Admissions Coordinator Location: Head Office - Eastwood Type: Permanent Full Time About the role As a Resident Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new residents into the Eldercare community. You’ll manage residential enquiries and applications with accuracy, efficiency and genuine care - ensuring every person feels supported from their very first interaction with us. With your exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, you’ll guide applicants and their families through a seamless admissions process, connect them with suitable vacancies and provide clear communication and compassionate support during what can be a significant life transition. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth, positive and professional experience for every resident entering aged care at Eldercare. What you will bring Experience not required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn! A customer-focused mindset that strives to deliver exceptional service every time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to and empathise with applicants Sound organisational and time management skills that enable you to manage competing demands Confidence discussing financial and contractual terms The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccination and national police check Why Choose Eldercare?
