What this job involves
As the UK&I Facilities Project Manager you will play a crucial role in leading all projects and delivering exceptional results for our client. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement. This role will involve UK&I travel, which at times may be short‑notice.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional project management services:
o Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution.
o Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
o Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
o Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel.
o Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
o Championing JLL’s values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity and belonging.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) or significant demonstrable experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Industry‑related qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation.
* Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
