About the Role
As a Corporate Bookings Coordinator, you’ll manage client booking requirements for collections, returns, assets, and inbound hub activity. You’ll be the front face of Evri Premium for corporate clients, ensuring service agreements and SLAs are met while optimising processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You’ll also support onboarding new clients and provide accurate plans to planners and hub operations teams.

Responsibilities
* Collate daily hub collection, asset, and return profiles for planning and transport teams.
* Book returns, assets, flyers, and collections in line with SLAs, optimising for cost and efficiency.
* Liaise with clients and commercial teams to maintain strong relationships and accurate requirements.
* Define operational routes, schedules, and quantities per route.
* Onboard new clients into the network and implement operational briefs.
* Agree trunking legs and timings with hubs and confirm trailer requirements.
* Participate in peak planning and deliver against forecasted plans.
* Report on planning and hub transport performance, identifying variances and solutions.
* Manage ad-hoc client volumes and coordinate return trunks with internal teams.

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Experience collating and analysing large data sets.
* Knowledge of TMS systems and supply chain processes.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests.
* Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Access preferred).
