This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a service from the very beginning,guiding it through Ofsted registration and building a high-quality, child-focused home where young people can thrive. Youll be instrumental in recruiting and mentoring a new team, setting standards of care, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can feel secure, understood, and empowered. Your focus will be on compliance, quality assurance, and building a service that delivers positive outcomes, all while maintaining a culture based on respect, empathy, and consistency. Key Requirements Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) Proven understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to deliver high-quality care and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children Why Apply?
