Purchase Ledger Responsibilities:
* Maintain the purchase ledger
* Log and process purchase orders and invoices in line with group procedures
* Track and resolve queries and disputes
* Address supplier disputes to minimize trading disruptions
* Manage supplier accounts and review master data records periodically
* Handle supplier payment runs and cheque preparation, adhering to credit terms
* Respond to accounts payable correspondence promptly and professionally
* Assist with monthly aged creditor reports and audits
* Act as the main contact for branch purchase ledger queries
* Support ad-hoc queries and projects as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200 is preferable
* Proven experience handling high volumes of invoices
* AAT studies are preferred
* Ability to work accurately within a team
