Due to continued sales growth, our client, a leading distributor of fasteners, fixings, tools, and industrial supplies, is looking to expand our internal sales team. Were seeking experienced individuals with a background in fasteners, builders merchants, industrial supply, or electrical wholesaling to join our modern, air-conditioned sales office in Watford.
The Role:
Working as part of a busy team of 12 in our high-volume sales office, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer sales calls
Processing sales orders using our BML Charisma sales system
Assisting with customer enquiries and product recommendations
Providing excellent customer service to clients across the construction and manufacturing industries
Learning and adapting to our companys procedures and product range
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience in fastener or industrial supply sales
Background in computerised sales order processing (essential)
Confidence to begin contributing quickly while learning our system
Previous experience in a sales role within a builders merchant, electrical wholesaler, or similar sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
