Process Engineer / Scientist

OXB’s Manufacturing, Science and Technology Team is responsible for process and technology development activities from early concept through to product registration for market approval, ensuring that OXB’s manufacturing processes deliver the required productivity, performance, quality, and cost benefits in line with regulatory guidance.
We are currently recruiting for two Process Engineers or Scientists. One key responsibility is to plan, execute, and report on MSAT-related projects or tasks in alignment with department objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
* Delivering assigned technical projects/tasks, working directly with your manager to meet project timelines according to internal and customer needs.
* Troubleshooting, identifying, and solving process and quality issues in the plant for existing processes.
* Supporting the implementation of new processes/products into OXB facilities and third-party CMOs.
* Supporting improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and reliability.
* Analyzing batch records and quality results, monitoring operational consistency using appropriate database and statistical tools, and proposing corrective actions.
* Ensuring work complies with OXB’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems and procedures.
We are looking for:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of GMP manufacturing, including quality and regulatory requirements.
* Experience in scale-up and commercialization of GMP bioprocesses.
* Understanding of quality management systems, environmental, health, safety aspects, and regulatory requirements.
* Experience with statistical data analysis tools.
* Understanding of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) methodologies such as FMEA, HAZOP, and HACCP is desirable.
