What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom routines
* Helping pupils with learning activities, either 1:1 or in small groups
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging good behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone who enjoys working with children and young people
* Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
* Interested in building a long-term career in education
* Willing to complete a Level 2 TA qualification
