What You'll Be Doing
* Leading projects and multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages, with a specialist focus on laboratory design
* Coordinating consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors with clarity and confidence
* Authoring and presenting detailed project reports to clients and stakeholders
* Maintaining a strong command of design and construction processes to drive project success
* Championing and evolving the studio's standards of design excellence
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified ARB-registered architect (Part III)
* Proven track record of job running, from concept through to completion
* Experience delivering technically complex, high-quality projects - ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD; Revit experience is a strong advantage
* A rigorous, detail-oriented approach to technical design stages
* Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and internal teams alike
