Job Description
We are seeking a professional, organised, and dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to support our London office three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday). This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming and well-run office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries
* Handle incoming calls, mail, and packages
* Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
* Coordinate with building management, cleaners, and suppliers
* Support internal office moves and meeting logistics
* Assist with travel arrangements when required
* Provide general administrative and clerical support
* Maintain filing systems, documentation, and internal records
* Support employee events and office activities
