Responsibilities
* Supervise & perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance, and reactive works
* Work in partnership with the tenant, with 1 direct engineering report
* Service, testing and diagnosing systems related to the building
* Carrying out electrical & mechanical checks when required
* Ensuring all allocated activities are completed to cost and timescale
* Liaising with the client and tenant providing a professional service
* Adhering to health & safety as well as COVID-19 guidelines
Qualifications
* NVQ level 2/3 with either an electrical or mechanical bias
* Good all-round technical knowledge
* Experience of engineering services & maintenance
* Past client facing experience (desirable)
Skills
* Excellent customer care and problem-solving capabilities
