We are seeking experienced and energetic Registered Nurses, ideally with expertise in aged care, to join our team based in Wembley Residential Aged Care Home. This vital role drives the delivery of quality, person-centred care for our residents, with our nursing team focusing on providing the best possible care for our patients. We have multiple Part-Time Permanent positions available with a range of morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
You will have a personalized care approach to residents by supporting their independence, while maintaining professionalism and high-quality support to our clinical team, ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining quality care records.
About you
You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse looking to be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team. You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You also share our caring approach for residents and bring:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is a must!
* Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards is preferred but not required
* A commitment to person-centred practice with a passionate support approach
* Excellent time management and documentation skills
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
* Driver’s license and evidence of required vaccinations
