Brackenwood Windows Ltd are seeking a Technical Service Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of our busy Service Department. This is a newly created, office-based role designed to strengthen our commitment to excellent customer care and aftersales support.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
* Oversee and coordinate the Service Department's daily operations.
* Bring proven technical knowledge, being fully proficient in the installation of windows and doors.
* Work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Carry out administrative tasks and utilise computer systems (full training will be provided if required).

* Strong technical expertise in window and door installation.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Computer literacy is desirable, though full training will be given.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
