Overview

To provide commercial support and keep accurate digital records for all contracts, working with the Eurovia Surfacing Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and Contracts Managers.


Duties

* Support the commercial team with accurate data entry, contract records, and cost tracking.
* Prepare and submit quotations, applications, and supporting documentation for audits.
* Maintain secure digital records and ensure site paperwork is received and processed on time.
* Assist with trackers, early warning notices, compensation events, and client approvals.
* Liaise with supervisors, managers, and clients to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
* Provide general commercial and administrative support, including meeting packs and reporting.
* Uphold company Health & Safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture.


Person Specification

* A good team player, positive, self-motivated, reliable, willing to learn and to pro-actively contribute to the ongoing success of commercial department.
* Accurateness and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communicator.
* An enthusiastic and openminded approach that will support the development of our business.
* Minimum 5 GCSEs at C Grade or above, to include English Language, Mathematics, and Science
* Fully Proficient in the following MS Office applications: Word/Excel/Outlook/TEAMS
* Experience or knowledge of SAP based systems, CEMAR, SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Apps, Adobe - desirable but not essential
* Experience of NEC3/NEC4 - desirable but not essential


Contract

* Contract Type: Permanent
* Hours: Full Time - 37.5 - Monday to Friday
