For us cleanliness is key and we look for housekeepers that leave no pillow unturned, no draw unchecked and no bed creased. As Hotel Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, training and motivating a talented team who will deliver fabulous service, putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.
Responsibilities
* As Hotel Housekeeping Manager, be responsible for recruiting, leading, training and motivating a talented team who will deliver fabulous service, putting customers at the heart of everything they do.
* Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel and ensure that Health & Safety compliance is followed.
* Be able to jump in and support your team at any time with a hands-on approach.
* Demonstrate motivational leadership and a keen eye for detail, recognising issues as soon as you walk into a room.
* Deliver a fantastic first and last impression to the guest experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Motivational Leader who thrives under pressure.
* Experience in a similar environment.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel setting; this is not an office job.
