The UK Rigging office is a shared open space, allowing different teams to easily collaborate on a wide range of services and projects.

Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team at UK Rigging headquarters in Bolton. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices, so attention to detail is critical for this role.

Responsibilities

* Updating the VAT book and accounts payable spreadsheets
* Matching up purchase orders and invoices
* Liaising with other departments to chase up paperwork
* Photocopying, shredding, scanning, laminating and filing
* Answering the phone, taking messages and directing phone calls if required
* Adding sales / supplier invoices to the accounts database ready for payment
* Acquiring and processing invoices off employees for spends on company credit and debit cards
* Matching up receipts with credit card statements and purchase orders

Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with Dext or Xero is ideal
* Basic understanding of accounts payable processes would be beneficial

(All balances above are based on a full-time job role, and will be pro-rated for part time roles)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.18 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
