Propositions Manager Location: Scotland (Hybrid Edinburgh) Shape the future of broadband for communities across Scotland. We are searching for a Propositions Manager to take ownership of pricing, promotions, and in-life offers across both residential and business markets. The Opportunity In this role, you will design and deliver the pricing and promotional strategy across all customer segments. You'll use competitor insights, market research, build-stage data and real-time sales feedback to create propositions that drive: Customer acquisition ARPU growth (in-life and re-contracting) Early re-contracting uptake Churn reduction to You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Community and Operations teams to ensure every campaign lands effectively in-market. What You'll Be Doing Pricing & Propositions Build and manage the annual gross discounted pricing strategy for residential and B2B. Lead promotional and tactical pricing to win customers in highly competitive areas. Adjust propositions dynamically based on hyper-local market conditions and network build stage. Deliver in-life strategies to increase ARPU and nudge customers toward early re-contracting. Own re-contracting offers ensuring long-term customer loyalty and reduced churn. Market & Customer Insight Maintain real-time visibility of competitor pricing and propositions. Conduct in-market research and gather insights from sales, service and community teams. Ensure propositions meet the needs and expectations of target audiences. Campaign Delivery Communicate new campaigns internally and to external partners (e.g. outsourced telesales). Make sure all stakeholders have the right information and assets to execute flawlessly. What Success Looks Like Growing ARPU across acquisition, in-life and re-contracting stages. Strong gross margin performance. Churn consistently below target. A market-leading, competitively positioned broadband proposition. Sales volumes aligned with aggressive growth plans. What You'll Bring Essential Experience Experience in pricing, propositions, commercial or product roles within telecoms, broadband, mobile or similar subscription services. Strong financial and commercial modelling skills (margin, ARPU, LTV, business case development). Proven ability to design, deploy and optimise pricing and promotions. Clear track record of using sales and customer insight to shape commercial decisions. Desirable Experience Experience in a UK full-fibre altnet, ISP or major telecom provider. Understanding of network build cadence and its impact on sales timing. Exposure to launching broadband bundles (Wi-Fi add-ons, VoIP, content products). Familiarity with small business broadband propositions. Skills & Attributes Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving capability. Customer-centric and skilled at crafting compelling value propositions. Collaborative mindset - effective at working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Ops. Resilient, curious, adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced growth environments. Strong Excel modelling skills. Qualifications Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data/Analytics or equivalent experience. Commercial/product training or certifications welcomed. Why This Opportunity?
