Menswear Specialist
The Role:
* Reporting to the store manager, you will be part of a thriving team, leading and driving sales within the suit department to achieve store targets and KPI's
* Advise customers in selecting the right suit based on various factors such as preferences and occasion
* Maintain in-depth knowledge on our various suit styles and fabric types
* Provide guidance on customisation options
* Taking measurements and ensuring proper fit for all tailored and off-the-rack suits
* Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong rapport with valued customers
* Represent our brand and lead by example
The Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in menswear premium retail is desirable
* Minimum 1 year experience in tailoring is essential
* Strong interest in fashion with a passion for formal wear
* Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details
* Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is desirable
* Interest in client interactions
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
