The Role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data & Analytics programs for insurance enterprises. You will drive program governance, lead steering groups, manage vendor and customer stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes across Master Data Management (MDM), data integration, data engineering platforms, and discovery/analytics services (BI/AI/ML). This is a delivery leadership role with strong technical depth and executive presence.
Ideal for: A seasoned delivery leader who can translate strategy into delivery plans, manage complex dependencies across business and technology, and consistently land outcomes in regulated, multi-vendor insurance environments.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream Data & Analytics programs (roadmap execution go-live stabilization).
2. Establish and run program governance: steering committees, design authorities, risk boards; ensure timely decisions and transparent reporting.
