Overview
We have an opportunity for a part time Payroll administrator to join our expanding payroll bureau in Billericay. The successful candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of the Payroll function as well as good IT and Admin skills, bureau experience and knowledge of HM Revenue & Customs current legislation are key attributes.
Duties will include
· Processing client payrolls on a monthly, weekly and bi-weekly basis.
· The upkeep of all records making the appropriate HMRC changes where necessary.
· Understanding current payroll liabilities and imparting to clients and staff members alike.
· Timesheet checks
· Ensuring Payroll Procedure compliance.
· Uploading pension files.
· Producing reports when required.
Hours required
Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Pay is pro rata.

Pay: £18,940.16-£29,120.00 per year
