Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone
Hours: 37.5 hour per week
Shifts: 06.30 - 14.30 or 11.30 - 19.30 Monday to Sunday on Rota Basis.
Salary £23,809.50 per annum

As a Commis Chef, we have a great opportunity to work in a team providing the highest quality of food for patients and staff. In this role you will be able to learn and develop your skills whilst maintaining a work life balance.
Role Responsibilities include:
* To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous Chef / Head Chef.
* To assist with stock taking when required
* To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
* To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
* To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
Person Specification:
Essential Experience
* Customer Service experience
* Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
* Good organisational skills
* Numerate (counting cash till may be required)
Desirable Experience
* Food Hygiene certificate
* Ability to show a passion for food and service
* Ability to plan ahead and use initiative
* Keen to continue self-development within current role and ambition for further promotion or growth
