Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Permanent) Location: Knowsley, Merseyside Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Pay Rate: £25,000 per annum starting salary Key Responsibilities Customer Service & admin support when required Using web based systems to support customer enquiries Inputting and processing quotations on CRM Requirements Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using web based platforms, Chat-Box or Lead Forensics would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided This is a permanent position directly with our client.
