Role overview
PsychPlus is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded NHS Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our UK business, with an initial focus on Children and Young People’s mental health programmes across NHS systems.
This role will focus on supporting activity linked to the expansion and adoption of PsychPlus’s CYP-focused digital and therapeutic programmes, including work across OSI and OSCA pathways. The role will involve engaging with NHS stakeholders and supporting the development of partnership opportunities across Integrated Care Systems, Mental Health Support Teams, and NHS Trusts.

The role
The successful candidate will support commercial growth activity across CYP mental health pathways, helping to build relationships with NHS stakeholders and supporting the development and progression of commercial opportunities across target accounts.
The role will involve engaging with NHS organisations, supporting presentations and meetings, coordinating sales and partnership activity, and helping communicate the value of PsychPlus’s CYP programmes to clinical, operational, and commissioning stakeholders.
The candidate will work closely with commercial, clinical, and product teams to support proposals, presentations, market engagement activity, and pipeline development. They will also help monitor NHS developments, support the identification of potential opportunities for growth, and contribute to broader UK commercial initiatives.
This role is suited to someone who is mission-oriented, proactive, organised, commercially curious and excited by the opportunity to work within a scaling healthcare technology environment.
Candidate profile
The successful candidate is likely to have experience in healthcare sales, partnerships, account management, digital health, healthcare consulting, or NHS-facing commercial environments. Experience working within mental health, CYP services, or healthcare technology would be advantageous, but is not essential.
We are looking for someone confident, engaging with stakeholders, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will be commercially curious, motivated by impact, and eager to develop expertise in NHS partnerships and healthcare transformation.
Strong communication skills, relationship-building capability, and a collaborative working style are essential. The successful individual should also demonstrate resilience, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
