About the Job
This is a short-term position providing essential support to the finance team, focused on day-to-day transactional duties. Ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy during a busy operational period.
Duties will include:
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Supporting bank and account reconciliations
* Assisting with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
* Handling finance queries from internal teams and suppliers
* Ad hoc support to the finance team as required
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll have previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role, with the ability to quickly pick up systems and processes. Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and confidence working in a team are key for this short-term assignment.
