This vacancy is for a Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting, joining the Central Team in Shropshire.

Responsibilities
* Join a multidisciplinary team, working with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and rehabilitation staff to provide patient support in homes or care homes.
* Support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation and assist in short‑ and long‑term management planning.
* Work closely with other community teams and social‑care colleagues to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
* Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting.
* High standards interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and work flexibly within the team.
* Commitment to clinical supervision and CPD.
* Willingness to work 7‑day service hours, 8 am to 6 pm.
