This Loughton Based School is looking for a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a positive school community, with the role running until July and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Overview
* Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) * Location: Loughton * Start Date: ASAP (interviews taking place as soon as possible) * Contract: Until July, with potential to become permanent * Pay: £105-£160 per day (depending on experience) * Responsibilities: Leading whole-class learning when required, supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering planned lessons, and providing targeted pupil support * Collaboration: Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds HLTA status or has significant experience working towards HLTA level * Is confident leading whole-class learning and covering lessons when required * Has experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting * Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families * Brings a positive, energetic, and nurturing approach to the classroom * Is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
