Our Blue Chip Public Sector client are looking for a NEC4 Service Manager with an expert knowledge of NEC4 including contract administration, compliance with contractual obligations. Ideally will possess NEC4 certified. The position is for 6 months initially, extension likely and will be Hybrid with on site in London 1/2 a week. Please note this must be via an Umbrella company
Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible for fulfilling the duties and obligations of the NEC4 Service Manager on behalf of the Client including:
Contract Administration
Compensation Event Management
Payment Assessment
Early Warning Management
Progress Monitoring
Dispute Resolution
Risk Management
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Deep understanding of NEC4 PSC contract terms and conditions as well as proven experience of use
Preferably NEC accredited Project Manager
Experience with NEC contract management software such as CEMAR
Strong project management skills
Proven experience in client-side contract management
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including previous experience of leading, managing people and working across functions/disciplines to deliver objectives
Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed decisions
Experience in contract administration and dispute resolution
Preferably chartered/qualified or working towards RICS, APM etc
