Based at our Taunton hub you'll support the management and operations teams, maintaining accurate records and continually improving performance.
At Turning Point, we support people across the UK to overcome substance use issues.
Responsibilities
* Manage, prioritise, upload and disseminate referrals.
* Raise and amend prescriptions as instructed by prescribers.
* Generate prescription batch runs.
* Log prescribing information on client records and database.
* Post prescriptions and liaise with pharmacies.
* Complete clinic letters and arrange clinic bookings.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing post and e‑mails through multiple email boxes.
* Order supplies, manage petty cash and take minutes.
* Support the clinical team with newsletters, travel, accommodation, invoices, stationery and petty cash.
Qualifications
* Reliable, confident communicator.
* Supportive team player with exemplary organisational skills.
* Customer‑focused, able to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities for a changing workload.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
* Driving licence desirable; travel between hubs expected.

* Starting salary £24,774 with annual pay progression to £25,000.
