Position Overview:
The Itm Personal Banker is part of a virtual branch team, providing high-quality customer service through video interactions using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Reporting to the ITM Officer and ITM Assistant Manager, the role involves processing transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and developing customer relationships during extended hours (M-F 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat. 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.).
Responsibilities include:
* Providing professional and courteous service to customers
* Processing transactions accurately via video ITMs
* Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs
* Referring customers to appropriate personnel for additional services
* Maintaining high accuracy and organization in transaction handling
* Participating in relationship development and sales activities
* Adhering to bank policies, security, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 12 months sales/customer service experience in retail
* Comfortable working and communicating on-screen
* Excellent verbal communication skills
Physical/Work Conditions:
* Sitting, talking, hearing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and possibly working evenings/weekends
Equipment Used:
* Bank and office equipment, dual computer systems, and forms
