Fuelre4m is a Dubai headquartered fuel reformulation company with operations in the United Kingdom and Worldwide. We specialise in improving the performance and efficiency of liquid fossil fuels through advanced fuel conditioning technology.
Our product, Re4mx, enhances combustion efficiency, reduces fuel consumption and lowers harmful emissions without requiring engine modification. We work across marine, aggregates, heavy plant and industrial sectors, supporting clients in improving operational efficiency while maintaining OEM compliance.
As our UK operations expand, we are seeking a technically capable and motivated engineer to support structured verification trials and client deployments.
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering and overseeing Re4mx verification trials at client sites across the United Kingdom. The Technical Engineer will ensure trials are conducted safely, accurately and in accordance with agreed protocols, while capturing reliable operational data.
The role requires regular travel to client locations including quarries, industrial sites and marine environments, so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK. The engineer will act as Fuelre4m's on-site technical representative, ensuring professional engagement with clients and accurate reporting of results.
In addition to trial execution, the role includes monitoring and reporting on Re4mx stock levels held at client locations.
Role Responsibilities:
· Attend client sites across the UK to conduct structured product implementation verification
· Oversee baseline and post application performance verification procedures
· Connect to engine ECU systems via OBD or CAN interface to capture operational data where applicable.
· Collect, validate and securely store technical performance data.
· Conduct emissions testing where required using approved monitoring equipment.
· Ensure all site activities are conducted in compliance with client RAMS and site safety procedures.
· Liaise with client operational teams to coordinate trial scheduling and access.
· Prepare structured technical reports summarising trial methodology and findings.
· Monitor product stock levels at client locations and report replenishment requirements.
· Support internal technical analysis by providing clear and accurate field data.
· Identify and escalate any operational issues encountered during trials.
· Represent Fuelre4m professionally at all times when on client premises.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
· Basic understanding of diesel engines and combustion principles.
· Familiarity with heavy plant, marine engines or industrial machinery is advantageous.
· Competent using diagnostic tools and data logging equipment.
· Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
· Comfortable working independently at remote sites.
· Professional and confident when interacting with clients.
· High level of organisational skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
· GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
· Technical qualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, plant engineering or similar is desirable.
· Experience in a field-based engineering, plant technician or service engineer role is advantageous.
· Full UK driving licence required.
· Right to work in the United Kingdom.
