Learning Curve Group's People and Reception Team offers support across all of our provisions to ensure all of our Purple People have a fantastic working experience As our Receptionist, you will be a key player in keeping operations running smoothly. From welcoming guests to supporting with day-to-day admin tasks.

DUTIES
As a Receptionist Apprentice, you'll be the centre of our operations, helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone. No two days are the same Your responsibilities will include:
* Representing the company with a professional and friendly attitude
* Collaborating with the team to provide essential admin support
* Keeping the reception area welcoming and well-presented
* Meeting, greeting, and signing in visitors in line with company policy
* Following building security procedures and reporting any concerns
* Handling internal and external queries via phone, email, and in person
* Managing postal services and courier deliveries/collections
* Supporting new starter inductions, including lanyards and fob allocation
* Supporting with company orders
* Issuing uniform to new starters
* Conducting your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
* Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
* Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?
If successful, you'll obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
* 1-2-1 sessions every 4-6 weeks with your tutor
* 6 hours of Off The Job Training every week
* The course is a 8-month programme, plus 4 months in gateway (total 12 months)

Recruitment Checks
