Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greater London for a Lead Cancer Pharmacist. The Lead Cancer Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the provision of pharmaceutical care to cancer patients, ensuring optimal medication management, and coordinating with the oncology team for patient care planning. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and training junior pharmacists, contributing to clinical research, and implementing best practices in cancer treatment protocols.
