Brushwood House (Speke) is a 60‑bed nursing home that provides accommodation, care and support for residents with general Nursing and EMI Nursing assessed needs.
The Role
You will work as part of a city‑wide team to support the Registered Manager with day‑to‑day nursing home operations. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide cover within the home in the absence of the Manager/Deputy
* Supervise and develop a team of staff, including annual appraisals, PRD and supervision
* Oversee the implementation of care plans
* Work in partnership with an integrated team to support admissions and discharges into the home
* Review and update non‑clinical care plans
* Work flexibly over a 7‑day rota of shift patterns, 8 pm to 8 am (shift patterns discussed in interview)
