 
        
        Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting out client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator t to join the team on a permanent basis.
 What you will be doing:
 
Manage all delivery notes, ensuring accurate matching to suppliers and recording on AS400. 
Analyse discrepancies between receipts and invoices and prepare weekly reports to highlight issues and trends. 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files of purchase orders for all client UK raw material commitments. 
Contact suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules via telephone and email, ensuring timely follow-up. 
Assist the Stock Manager in resolving issues related to stock quality, supply delays, or non-delivery of items. 
Administer customs declarations for imported finished goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 
 What you will need to succeed:
 
Able to prioritise and organise a busy workload, with flexibility to adapt and shift focus as business needs change. 
Experience of working in a FMCG manufacturing environment, within a 24/7 operational environment. 
Good understanding of IT systems and software, proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance. 
Experience dealing with customs declarations for imported goods would be a distinct advantage. 
 What you will receive in return:
 
Monday to Friday 08.30Am to 17.30PM - 100% site role. 
Due to location you need to be able to drive. 
To £28,000 (DOE)
