Job Title: Portfolio Governance & Reporting Manager Location: London, Moorgate (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite) Contract: 6 Months - INSIDE IR35 Role Purpose: The Portfolio Governance & Reporting Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective portfolio governance and high-quality reporting frameworks to enable executive oversight and informed decision-making across a complex transformation portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead portfolio governance and reporting activity across the transformation programme Manage governance frameworks for executive forums, steering committees and boards Maintain portfolio cadence, forward planning and escalation processes Produce high-quality agendas, papers, minutes and action logs Ensure governance artefacts are compliant and version controlled Provide recommendations on approvals, sequencing and prioritisation Implement reporting standards to ensure accurate and timely data Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards covering delivery performance, costs, risks, dependencies and benefits Design and manage a portfolio performance management framework aligned to strategic outcomes Line manage and develop a small team Ensure adherence to governance standards, policies and regulatory requirements Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and insight Manage budget and return on investment within area of responsibility Experience & Skills: Proven experience in PMO, portfolio governance or programme management roles within large transformation environments Experience producing executive-level dashboards and KPIs Strong stakeholder management at senior and cross-functional levels People management experience Strong understanding of programme and project governance frameworks Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery models Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong analytical and reporting capability Ability to produce executive-level summaries and commentary Commercial awareness and data-driven decision making Tools & Systems: MS Project, Jira, SharePoint Power BI, Tableau or QlikView
