The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Develop and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
* Create personalised learning plans to ensure all students reach their full potential.
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports emotional and social development.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to create a structured and positive learning atmosphere.
About You
We are looking for an SEN Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in a specialist school setting.
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiation.
* Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting students' individual needs.
* Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
